2-minute Computer Breaks

Too much time in front of the computer? Read on…

For every 15 minutes of screen time, turn away and stare into the distance to prevent eyestrain, which can lead to irritated eyes, headaches, and low productivity.

Do you know about this practice? I am near-sighted. And I usually develop eyestrain from too much computer time. When I read about this 2-minute computer breaks, I tried it and it works for me.

Try it as well, especially to those bloggers who spend so much time in front of the computer.

No wonder my eyes are tired after long hours staring at the computer screen..

I would make this as a habit.

  2. That’s good advice, and they teach that to us in health and safety type orientation, but do people really remember to do that? I doubt it. That’s why we all have bad posture and bad vision heh.

  3. Hi!
I actually tried that upon reading here a few days ago.
Yesterday, I somehow completely stopped because my eyes were real tired.
I hope I can make this a habit.
    Take care!
