My kids and I currently live with my parents. It is more of an adjacent house now because the old patio and garage were converted into an adjacent house for me and my kids. Now since we have limited space now, the old patio set was moved to the lawn. It is quite appealing because my parents maintain an immaculate lawn, using TruGreen. And now we entertain some guests there at night. There is always a cool breeze and the moon and the stars are shining brightly. Quite romantic, if you ask me.

Are you having problems with driving away pests? My mom told me that her amiga has been using Terminix and has since driven away the annoying creatures at home. You see, dirt is a sin at home. My mom is such a neat freak and she will really get upset if she sees something that is not supposed to be there.

I remember one time me and my brother went home with a lost dog. The dog had this visible skin disease and we played with him, hugged him and all. My mom was shocked when she saw the dog and immediately called the subdivision patrol to return the dog to its proper owner. She scolded us and was worried we would get the disease from the dog. My brother and I was not that worried though. We were still quite young that time and were oblivious to the danger of what we did.

My previous bathroom was huge. It was a place solely my own. I have a bathtub there, a jacuzzi and a mini powder room. So when my dad asked me what are the particular things I want done in my new home, I told my dad that I want the best bathroom I can have and it has to be inside my room. One of the things I would like to add to my new home is an elliptical that I can use whenever I can. I have always been a believer of proper diet and regular exercise. When I got pregnant, twice, I have stopped running and jogging but now that I was able to recuperate already, these exercises should be back in my daily routine.

I think I got my healthy habits from my parents. Both of them are still strong and energetic at their age. My dad is already 66 years old while mom is 64.
