Being fit and healthy

I am so happy when I weighed myself this morning. I am maintaining my ideal weight! No need for the diet pills I was looking into. Now all I need to do is exercise regularly with my personal trainer and work closely with my nutritionist. Being healthy is number one for me now. I don’t want to experience shortness of breath again just because I climb up the stairs! I now feel like I can rock climb if I want to. One of the benefits of being fit and healthy.
