Best time to buy
If you want to save money, the best time to buy is when there is a sale. Truth be told, I did not like shopping on a sale day before. I mean, there are just too many people shopping with you. But when you become a mom, priorities change. You now understand why people are doing their shopping when they know there is a big chance they can save a few bucks from their purchases.
