Blind as a bat

I am blind as a bat when I don’t wear my eyeglasses. Probably brought on by long hours reading books and in front of the computer. Lasik surgery would have been a good option but I have this aversion of hospitals and anything to do with it. So eyeglasses is the solution I have for my eye situation. Maybe in a few years, when I get over this aversion to hospitals, I might undergo Lasik. For now,the funky, stylish eyeglasses I have will do.

hehe.. I’m blind without my glasses too. There are days when I wish I could wake up and just see normally. I’m not yet ready for the laser. I’ve been wearing contact lenses for over 10 years now though. I have coloured ones which make for interesting conversation.
