When I feel stressed out, or just plain melancholic, and I need a boost, expect me to go to a spa salon and get a massage. I love how a massage not only rejuvenates your body, but it also helps you relax and feel good inside. I especially love aroma therapy massages. I frequent this spa where the attendants know already what I want done to me. I couple an aroma therapy massage with a foot and hand spa. I just love it! Bliss is the one word that comes to mind after two-three hours inside that spa. I always think that I should say thank you to all the massage therapy schools for teaching these great people on how to make their clients feel blissful after a massage.
