This Sunday’s Blog Talkers questions is as follows…
If you found $1000 dollars in an unmarked wallet on the street, what would you do? Be specific. Don’t just say, “keep it,” Or “turn it in.” WHY would you keep it? HOW would you turn it in? (And if you turned it in, would you follow up to see if anyone claimed it later?)
If I found $1000 dollars, I would turn it in. I will bring it to the nearest police station and will tell the officer in charge that I found it in this street and that it is unmarked. I will then follow it up a week later to see if someone really claimed it. If nobody claims it yet, I will come back the next week until somebody claims it. If after a month nobody claims it yet, I will encourage the police to donate it in a charity.
