For the kids
In all my decisions now, I always make it a point to consider my kids. Whereas before it is easy to decide about anything because I only need to consider myself, now there are the kids to think of. I always envision what my decision would entail when it comes to their future. For example, in renewing my life insurance, I now have to consider the kids. Unlike the last time I renewed it, I only have to consider my little girl. Now, I also have my little boy to think of.
The same goes with the car insurance. I am asking for new auto insurance quotes from my agent because I now have two cars, one van for the kids and one car for my own use. I want to be able to get the best deal at the most affordable rates. You know, aside from the fact that I have to consider the kids, I also need to consider my budget. Well, whatever the case maybe, a life and auto insurance is necessary for us. It will be a fall back should anything happens.

Unique Pet Urns
HAL Woodworking makes the most beautiful laser-engraved memorials I’ve seen. Their beautiful unique pet urns are truly something to treasure! The pictures they can engrave on their cremation urns are wonderful works of art. They’re a family run business that handcrafts each item individually, and that attention really shows when you see one of their works in person. I wouldn’t wish for anyone to lose a pet, although I can think of no better way to help treasure their memory than one of these urns.
Elderly care
I saw my parents talking seriously about something yesterday morning. I was curious as to what they were talking about, my mom teary-eyed and all. I shamelessly eavesdropped. I heard my dad showing my mom listings of nursing homes. They were talking about growing old and becoming an invalid. They want to be able to know a very good nursing home and make sure it will be able to take care of them if and when the time comes they cannot take care of each other already. I heard my dad say that it will be unfair to me or my brother if they will impose upon our generosity if that time comes.
I cried without knowing it. I just love my parents so much. They are extremely good to me and my brother. They have, time and again, shown how much they love us and would do everything to make sure we are happy.
I have to talk to my brother about this. We need to assure them that if and when the time comes they become invalid or one of them does, we will take care of them, no questions asked.
Good to be home
I have been living with my parents for a couple of weeks now. Well, not really WITH my parents, per se. I live in their compound. Their garage and part of the old patio were turned into our home, me and my kids. The other part of the patio was turned into a lanai where I can entertain guests or hang out with relatives who live near our place. When they all learned I moved back home with my kids, they drop by almost everyday just to say hi and play with my daughter. It warms my heart to know they care so much for us.
One of the relatives who dropped by asked for my opinion as a finance person about a San Diego living trust attorney that he is talking to. Another one asked for my opinion with regards to a term life insurance and a money market investment she made. It was really nice to be treated like an authority on some issues, that’s for sure.
Good to be home.
Investment talks
I have suggested in a couple of my past posts about investing your extra funds. You know what, I have read somewhere a few days ago that land investment is something that we should all get into if we have the money to shell out. Remember that land values normally increases in time, while other assets normally depreciates. I know a family friend of ours who got rich because of his land investments. Who doesn’t want the same fortune, right? So if you have what it takes, why not get into land investment? Go to GMAC Real Estate now for more information. Remember, consult only with the experts.

Securing the future
It has been my goal to make sure my daughter’s future will be secured by the time she reaches her third birthday. We cannot tell what will happen tomorrow. Especially now that there are calamities left and right and so much has been happening around the globe that you never know what tomorrow will bring. So to make sure that no matter what my little angel will be taken cared of, I have taken out several insurances for her. There will also be an annuity that will benefit her when the time comes.
I have a friend who was orphaned at an early age. Her parents were health buffs and you wouldn’t think anything will happen to them. They were the picture of robustness and you can just see them growing to a very old age. But an accident took their lives. With everything that happened that time, the worse that took place was knowing they left very little for my friend and her siblings. Barely enough to cover for their burial expenses and sustain the siblings for a year.
With cheap web hosting deal, you can use more moolah on domain name registration. However easycgi as well as hostgator offer all this and more aplus packages.
That is what I fear for my baby. That is why as early as now, I am taking steps into securing her future.
Secure the future
When I was still young and childless, I view insurances as an additional cost and something burdensome for me. I thought that I’d rather use the funds to buy something for myself or go someplace I have never been to.
Of course, everything changed when my little angel came along. I am now looking at different life insurance policies even though I already have one. It is interesting what One Dollar Global Insurance has to offer so I will be reading what they can offer me.
Do you already have a life insurance?
