For my staff at home (I have three), I did an employment screening before I hired them. You just never know the people you are hiring. Personally, I cannot let strangers in the house without first knowing that I can really trust them. Thank goodness the house help I have right now are with me already for a number of years. And I have tested their characters several times now and have come to trust them already.
