Constant vigilance

My nutritionist is happy with the result of the last diet program that she developed for me. I am near my ideal weight. Fifteen pounds more. I already lost fifteen and I am very happy about it. I worked hard for it, of course I also tried some diet pills and one or two helped. But the daily exercise, the food my nutritionist chooses for me, and the calorie monitoring did a lot. The coming Las Vegas trip might damage my goal but I will really try my best to stick to the exercise and diet. I already asked a cousin of mine to help me monitor my food intake. Hopefully, my weight will stay the same even after the trip.
