Correct timing in drinking water will maximize its effectiveness on the human body.
Two (2) glasses of water after waking up: Helps activate internal organs.
One (1) glass of water 30 minutes before any meal: Helps digestion.
One (1) glass of water before taking a bath: Helps lower blood pressure.
One (1) glass of water before going to sleep: Helps to avoid stroke or heart attack.
There’s nothing wrong with following the timing of drinking water as indicated above. Drinking water is good for the body. Timing might save us from harm.
Drink plenty of water to hydrate the body, okay?
