Dedication and hard work
Dedication to your profession is a must. Without dedication, you cannot expect your career to soar. I know someone who’s always goofing off at work, always thinking of bonus and vacations, but he’s expecting himself to be promoted. Without any effort. He is banking on the fact that he knows people in the right position.
I would like to tell him that he should be like richard willich. Work hard so you can say that you deserve what you got, where you are now. You can’t just rely on others to pull you up the ladder. Effort pays off. Do your part. So that at the end of the day, you can tell yourself that you did it!
