Going all out
It’s just a few days before Thanksgiving! And me and my mom are both so excited about it. This would be our first Thanksgiving together after so many years. Last year I was out of the country to take care of some personal issues so this year is officially our “reunion” Thanksgiving. Some of our relatives who are in the city are invited to celebrate it with us. My mom is going all out this time. Two turkeys, can you imagine? Plus there will be two long tables that will be set up at the backyard with Thanksgiving centerpieces from www.1800Flowers.com to boot. There will be overflowing wine for sure and the food will be catered by a cousin.
This is very exciting! My little Anika is a bundle of excitement as well. She is making plans with her cousins about their own little party and how they will not be made to sleep early. I was laughing the other day when she was telling her uncle over the phone about her plans. The little girl is quite the party goer. My brother will be bringing his girlfriend with him as well as his future in-laws. It will clearly be a fun Thanksgiving for all of us this year.
