Keeping fit

I haven’t lost my pregnancy fats yet. No rush, I still have to recover from the C-section that I underwent to deliver my baby. I am also breastfeeding him so I cannot focus on dieting and working out. Though I already looked into getting some home gym equipment so that in a month or two, I can slowly ease back to my old routine. You see, I go to the gym and exercise is part of my daily routine. If I cannot go to the gym, I at least, do some brisk walking. Since I don’t want to leave my little baby at home even for a half hour, I postponed exercise for now. But once I get some home gym equipment, I will ease back to exercising in a month or two.
