Lost and expedited

My mom lost her passport. Just when we were planning to spend the long weekend in Hongkong with some friends, that’s when she noticed that her passport was not in its usual place. We searched their (my dad and mom’s) room but we couldn’t find it. In times like these, we are thankful that we have some friends we can ask help from. We had my mom’s passport expedited and she received it today. It was fast! So next weekend, we are off to Hongkong courtesy of my brother who got his bonus already!
