Taking care of your crowning glory
For Asians like me, there is lesser risk of hair loss than other races. That is of course based on my observation, being able to live in the US and Australia for a number of years. There is hair restoration in Philadelphia PA if you really need it. They are really good. But of course, we can start taking care of our crowning glory a bit more than usual. We can avoid undergoing the procedure of restoring hair lost but if we can avoid it in the first place, why not do that, right?
Personally, I make sure I do not use excessive hair products. If there is a special occasion, then I indulge. I don’t have my hair colored or styled like those I see in the television. I make sure the shampoo I use is mild and won’t cause hair fall. Some do, believe me. I won’t name products but there are shampoos out there that can cause hair fall even though they promise otherwise.
So take extra care of your crowning glory. My parents still have a full crown of hair at their age. You all want that I’m sure.
